Results
What we can honestly show you today
Every agency website you have looked at this week had a wall of results on it. Some of those numbers are real. You have no way of telling which. Here is our alternative.
- No lock-in contracts
- Month to month after the first 90 days
- You own every account and asset
- Reported in booked jobs, not impressions
In short
How should you judge a marketing agency's results?
By cost per booked job, not by impressions, rankings or leads. Ask to see a real client account rather than a report, ask whose name the advertising account is in, and ask when the agency would tell you to spend less. An agency paid a percentage of ad spend has no good answer to that last question.
We are new, and we are not going to pretend otherwise
Leadwise is a young agency. We do not have five years of client case studies, and we are not going to write fictional ones, borrow screenshots, or publish a testimonial from someone who does not exist. That happens more than the industry likes to admit and it is the reason contractors have stopped believing agency websites.
So this page does the opposite. It tells you exactly what we measure, exactly what we commit to, exactly what a case study will look like when we publish one, and exactly what you can hold us to in the meantime.
If you would rather work with an agency that already has the wall of logos, that is a completely reasonable decision and several of them are very good. They also charge around three times what we do and most of them will not take a business under three million dollars in revenue.
The four numbers we report every month
Not impressions. Not reach. Not “brand awareness”. These four, every month, in plain language.
- Enquiries. How many real people contacted you, split by channel and by service. Calls, forms and messages, all tracked, all attributed.
- Cost per enquiry. Total spend, including our fee, divided by enquiries. The number most agencies quietly exclude their own fee from.
- Booked jobs. How many of those enquiries turned into work. This one needs you to tell us, and we build the simple pipeline that makes it a two-minute job rather than a chore.
- Cost per booked job. The only number that decides whether any of this was worth doing. If it is higher than the gross profit on the job, the channel is losing you money and we will say so, even when the honest answer is to reduce our own fee.
What we commit to in writing
These are commitments, not results. We can make them on day one because they depend on us rather than on Google.
- No lock-in. A 90-day foundation period, then month to month with 30 days' notice. We keep you by working.
- You own everything. Every ad account, analytics property, tracking number, page and piece of content is in your name from day one, and we hand it over properly if you leave.
- Exclusive enquiries. We never sell the same homeowner to two businesses. Ever.
- Published pricing. Our prices are on the service pages. No discovery call required to find out what something costs.
- We will tell you when to spend less. If a channel is not paying for itself, you will hear it from us before you work it out yourself.
- Real reporting. One monthly report, four numbers, plain English, and a call to walk you through it if you want one.
How to audit any agency, including us
Four questions. They take two minutes and they separate the agencies worth talking to from the ones that are good at slide decks.
“Show me a client's account.” Not a report they built. The actual Google Ads or Analytics interface, screen-shared, with the client's permission. An agency that has never done the work cannot do this and an agency doing good work is usually pleased to.
“Whose name is the ad account in?” If the answer is the agency's, you are renting your own marketing history and you will lose it the day you leave.
“What is my cost per booked job?” If they answer with leads, clicks or impressions, they are not measuring the thing that decides whether this was worth doing.
“When would you tell me to spend less?” An agency paid a percentage of ad spend has no answer to this. Ask it and watch.
What a Leadwise case study will look like
When we publish one, it will name the business with their written permission, state the starting position, the exact work done, the time period, the spend, and the outcome in enquiries and booked jobs. It will include the months that did not work.
It will not contain a percentage without a baseline, a revenue figure we cannot attribute, or a screenshot of a graph with the axis removed. If a claim on our site cannot survive you ringing the client and asking, it should not be on our site.
Founding client pricing
We are taking on ten founding clients. Founding clients get our launch rates locked in for as long as they stay with us, direct access to the founder, and an honest deal: we work at these prices because we are building a track record, and we would rather build it with you than pretend we already have one.
- Launch pricing locked for the life of the account
- A named case study only if you agree to it, never by default
- First refusal on any new service we add
See where the enquiries are leaking
Most home service businesses lose more work between the enquiry and the quote than they ever lose in search rankings. The audit shows you both. No charge, no obligation, no sales deck.
