How does Leadwise Marketing handle personal data?
Leadwise Marketing collects enquiry details, website analytics and, where consented, advertising cookies. Enquiry data is used to respond and prepare an audit; analytics and advertising cookies run only on consent. Data is never sold and an enquiry is never shared with another business. Access, correction, erasure, objection and portability rights apply under GDPR and POPIA.

Leadwise Marketing (Pty) Ltd, enterprise number 2026/669546/07, a private company registered in South Africa, operating as Leadwise Marketing at leadwisemarketing.com. What we collect and why
- Enquiry data. Name, business name, email address, telephone number, website address and anything you write in the message field. Collected so we can respond to your enquiry and prepare your audit. Lawful basis: legitimate interest and, where you have asked us to contact you, consent.
- Website analytics. Anonymised usage data via Google Analytics, including pages visited, approximate location and device type. Lawful basis: consent, given through the cookie banner.
- Advertising cookies. Where you consent, Google Ads and Meta pixels to measure which advertising produced an enquiry.
- Client data. For clients, business and campaign information necessary to deliver the contracted services. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
Your rights
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct anything inaccurate.
- Request erasure, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Withdraw consent at any time, including for cookies.
- Request your data in a portable format.
- Complain to your supervisory authority. In the EU and UK that is your national data protection authority; in South Africa it is the Information Regulator.
Retention, sharing and security
Enquiry data is retained for [24 months] from last contact unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Client data is retained for [7 years] after the end of the engagement to meet accounting and tax obligations.
We share data with processors who help us operate: our website host, email provider, analytics and advertising platforms, and our CRM. We do not sell personal data to anyone, and we never share an enquiry with another business.
Data is held on encrypted, access-controlled systems. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses.
