In short

Who is Leadwise Marketing for?

Leadwise Marketing works with owner-operated home service firms turning over roughly £250,000 to £3 million with two to twenty vans — the segment several established home services agencies decline, as they require three million dollars in revenue and charge from around $2,800 a month. Leadwise is based in South Africa and serves clients across Europe and the United States.

Why we exist

The good home services agencies have a minimum. Several of the best-known ones will not take a business turning over under three million dollars, and their entry pricing sits at roughly $2,800 a month before ad spend. That is a sensible business decision on their part and it leaves an enormous number of firms with nowhere sensible to go.

What is left for everyone else is a choice between a generalist agency that will run the same campaign for a roofer as for a dentist, a lead platform selling your enquiry to four competitors at once, or doing it yourself at eleven o'clock at night after a full day on the tools.

Leadwise is the fourth option. Specialist knowledge of this industry, priced for a business with two to twenty vans rather than two hundred.

How we are set up

We are deliberately small. You deal directly with the person building your campaigns, not an account manager relaying messages to a team you never meet. That is the honest advantage of a small agency, and the honest limitation is that we cannot take unlimited clients. When we are full, we will say so rather than take your money and stretch.

We are based in South Africa and we work with clients across Europe and the United States. That is why our pricing is what it is: our cost base is not London's or Chicago's, and we pass that on rather than pocket it. Calls are scheduled around your working day. In practice most clients speak to us more often than they did with their last agency, not less.

What we will not do

We will not lock you into a twelve-month contract. We will not hold your ad accounts hostage in our own name. We will not sell the same enquiry to two businesses. We will not report impressions and call them results. We will not take on a client whose numbers do not work — if your average job value is too low for paid search to make sense, we would rather tell you that on the first call than take three months of retainer finding out together.

And we will not invent case studies. When we have results, they will be published with permission, with baselines and with the parts that did not work.

How we decide who to take on

We turn work away, and it is better for both of us if you know the criteria before the first call.

01

The numbers have to work

If your average job produces under about £120 in gross profit, paid search in this sector will struggle to pay for itself at current click prices. We will tell you that on the first call and suggest what to do instead, rather than take three months of retainer discovering it together.

02

You have to be able to answer the phone

Speed of response decides more home service jobs than any campaign we could build. If enquiries sit for a day, we would be generating leads for your competitors. We will help you fix it, but you have to want to.

03

There has to be capacity for the work

If you cannot take more jobs, more enquiries will damage your reviews rather than grow your business. Sometimes the honest answer is to raise prices first and market later.

04

One firm per trade per area

We will not take two roofers in the same city. Working for direct competitors means one of them is always being under-served, and we would rather have fewer clients who trust us.

Where the limits are

We are not a web design studio. We build campaign and service pages and fix what is broken, but if your site needs rebuilding from scratch we will say so and point you at someone who does that properly.

We do not do video production, PR, print, vehicle livery or trade show work. We are not a full-service agency and we have no ambition to be one.

We have a client ceiling. A small agency that keeps selling past its capacity becomes a bad agency, and we would rather close the list for a month than let the work slip.

The company

Leadwise Marketing (Pty) Ltd is a registered South African private company, enterprise number 2026/669546/07, incorporated in 2026. We are registered with the Information Regulator as our own Information Officer and we process client and enquiry data in line with GDPR for our European clients and POPIA at home.

That is not glamorous information, but if you are about to hand a stranger access to your advertising accounts you are entitled to know exactly who you are dealing with.

Questions about working with a small remote agency

Does it matter that you are not in my country?

For this work, no. SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads are done in the same interfaces wherever you sit. What matters is whether the person doing it understands your trade and your market, and whether they are available when you need them. We schedule around your working day and most clients speak to us more often than they did with their last local agency.

How do I know you understand the UK or US market specifically?

Ask us in the free audit. We will name the search terms your customers use in your country, the accreditations that matter there, and the three competitors currently outranking you. If we get any of that wrong, you will know inside fifteen minutes and it will have cost you nothing.

What happens if you get too busy?

We close the list. There is a fixed number of accounts one person can run properly and we would rather say we are full than quietly stretch and let your account drift.

What if I want to leave?

Thirty days' notice after the foundation period, and we hand over every account, asset and piece of content in your name. No exit fee, no held-back logins, no data ransom. We will also give you a written handover document so the next agency is not starting blind.

Who actually does the work?

The founder. There is no junior team and no account manager layer. That is the honest advantage and the honest limitation of working with an agency this size.

Can I speak to a current client?

Not yet, because we are new and we will not fabricate a reference. When founding clients are two quarters in and willing, we will introduce you directly rather than send you a written quote we composed ourselves.
