What this costs

Most agencies make you sit through a discovery call before they will tell you what anything costs. Here are the numbers. If they do not work for you, you have lost two minutes instead of two weeks.

  • No lock-in contracts
  • Month to month after the first 90 days
  • You own every account and asset
  • Reported in booked jobs, not impressions

In short

How much does marketing cost for a home service business?

Leadwise Marketing publishes fixed monthly fees: £795 / $995 for SEO, £595 / $745 each for Google Ads or Meta Ads management, and £1,495 / $1,895 for all three combined. Advertising spend is separate and paid directly to Google or Meta. Established home services agencies typically start around $2,800 a month and often decline businesses under three million dollars in revenue.

How this compares

Established specialists in this sector publish from around $2,800 a month for local SEO and frequently decline businesses turning over under three million dollars. They are not overcharging — they carry teams, offices and account management, and for a large contractor that structure is worth paying for.

Leadwise is one person doing the work, based in South Africa, serving clients in Europe and the United States. The cost base is different and that is passed on rather than pocketed. The trade you are making is a lower price and direct access to the person building your campaigns, against a smaller agency with no track record yet and a client ceiling.

That trade suits some businesses and not others. It is better that you decide with the numbers in front of you.

Pricing questions

Why is this so much cheaper than other agencies?

Lower cost base and no overhead. We are based in South Africa and serve clients internationally, so we are not paying London or Chicago salaries. We also have no track record yet, and we price accordingly rather than pretending otherwise.

Will the price go up once I am signed?

Not for founding clients — the launch rate is locked for the life of the account. For everyone else, any change would be discussed at least 60 days ahead, and you can leave on 30 days' notice at any time.

Do you take a percentage of ad spend?

No. A flat fee means we have no incentive to tell you to spend more than the account can productively use. Percentage-of-spend pricing quietly aligns the agency against the client, and it is why so few of them will ever advise reducing a budget.

Is there a minimum term?

Ninety days, once. Search work genuinely takes about that long to land and judging it sooner is judging noise. After that it is month to month.

What if I want to pause for a season?

Reasonable in seasonal trades and we would rather discuss it than lose you. Paid campaigns can pause cleanly; pausing SEO mid-build usually wastes the work already done, so we would talk you through the trade-off honestly.
