More booked jobs. Not more impressions.

Leadwise is a digital marketing agency built for one kind of business: the firm that sends a van to a house. Plumbers, roofers, electricians, HVAC, restoration, landscaping. We get you found, we get you clicks that convert, and we turn those clicks into work on next week's calendar.

  • No lock-in contracts
  • Month to month after the first 90 days
  • You own every account and asset
  • Reported in booked jobs, not impressions

In short

What does Leadwise Marketing do?

Leadwise Marketing is a digital marketing agency that works only with home service businesses — plumbers, roofers, electricians, HVAC, restoration, landscaping and remodelling firms — across the United Kingdom, Ireland, Europe and the United States. It provides four services: search engine optimisation, Google Ads, Meta Ads and lead generation. Pricing is published, contracts are month to month after 90 days, and clients own every account and asset.

You are not short of marketing. You are short of jobs.

You have a website. You may have had it built twice. You have probably run Google Ads, either yourself at midnight or through someone who sent you a report full of impressions and never once mentioned a booked job. You have almost certainly bought leads from a platform that sold the same homeowner to four of your competitors before your phone rang.

None of that is a marketing problem. It is a measurement problem wearing a marketing costume. When nobody is counting which enquiries turn into paid work, every channel looks equally plausible and equally disappointing, and the budget goes to whoever presents the prettiest chart.

We start at the other end. We work out what a booked job is worth to you, then we build the channels backwards from that number and report against it every month. Some months that means telling you to spend less. That is the job.

Who we work with

Ten trades, and we know the difference between them. An emergency plumbing search and a bathroom remodel search need opposite campaigns, opposite pages and opposite budgets.

How we work

Five stages. No mystery, no 40-page onboarding pack, no six-month wait before you see anything.

01

Free growth audit

We record a walkthrough of your website, your Google Business Profile and the three competitors beating you in the map pack. You get the video whether you hire us or not. It usually runs fifteen minutes and it is specific to your business, not a template.

02

The 90-day foundation

Tracking first. Call tracking, form tracking and conversion tracking go in before a penny of ad budget moves, because you cannot improve a number you are not measuring. Then the technical fixes, the service pages and the Google Business Profile work that everything else stands on.

03

Turn on demand

Google Ads for people searching right now. Meta Ads for people who will need you in six weeks. Both pointed at pages built to convert, not at your homepage.

04

Report in jobs

One monthly report with four numbers: enquiries, cost per enquiry, booked jobs and cost per booked job. If a channel is not paying for itself we say so and we change it.

05

Scale what works

Once a channel returns more than it costs, we widen it. More service areas, more service lines, more budget. We do not add channels for the sake of a bigger retainer.

Why work with us

We are a small agency and we compete on the things small agencies can actually win on.

Home services only

We do not take dentists, law firms or e-commerce brands. Every campaign we build is for a business that sends a van to a house. That means we already know your seasonality, your emergency versus planned job split, and why a lead at 11pm on a Sunday is worth more than one at 11am on a Tuesday.

We publish our prices

Most agencies make you sit through a discovery call before they will tell you what anything costs. Our prices are on the service pages. If the number does not work for you, you have lost two minutes instead of two weeks.

No lock-in contracts

The first 90 days are a fixed foundation period because nothing meaningful happens in SEO faster than that. After that it is month to month with 30 days' notice. We keep you by working, not by paperwork.

You own everything

Your Google Ads account, your Meta Business Manager, your Analytics, your website, your tracking numbers, your content. All in your name from day one. If we part ways you keep the lot, and we will hand it over properly.

You deal with the person doing the work

No account manager relaying messages to a team you never meet. You speak to the person building the campaigns. That is the honest advantage of a small agency and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

We are new, and we price like it

Leadwise is a young agency. We are not going to invent a decade of case studies to hide that. What we do instead is charge roughly a third of what the established home services agencies charge, work harder than they need to, and build our reputation on your results. That trade is only available while we are building it.

Honest about where we are

Leadwise is a young agency. We do not have a wall of client logos and we are not going to borrow one. What we have is a narrow focus, a founder who does the work, transparent pricing that undercuts the established home services agencies by a wide margin, and a refusal to lock anyone into a contract to keep them.

If you want an agency with fifteen years of case studies, they exist and several of them are very good. They also start at around $2,800 a month and most of them will not take your call if you turn over under three million dollars. If that is you, we built this for you.

Founding client pricing

We are taking on ten founding clients. Founding clients get our launch rates locked in for as long as they stay with us, direct access to the founder, and an honest deal: we work at these prices because we are building a track record, and we would rather build it with you than pretend we already have one.

  • Launch pricing locked for the life of the account
  • A named case study only if you agree to it, never by default
  • First refusal on any new service we add

Common questions

Where are your clients based?

The United Kingdom, Ireland and Europe first, and the United States second. We work remotely and we schedule calls to suit your working day, not ours.

Do you work with businesses my size?

Most of our clients are owner-operated firms turning over between £250,000 and £3 million with two to twenty vans. Several of the larger home services agencies will not take a business under three million dollars in revenue. That is exactly the gap we exist to fill.

How long before I see results?

Google Ads can produce enquiries in the first fortnight because you are buying attention that already exists. SEO is slower and honest agencies say so: expect early movement in local rankings around month three and meaningful organic enquiry volume between months six and nine. Anyone promising page one in 30 days is either guessing or lying.

Am I tied into a contract?

There is a 90-day foundation period at the start, because the tracking, technical and content work takes that long to land and it is not fair on either of us to judge it sooner. After that it is month to month with 30 days' notice.

Who owns the accounts and the work?

You do. Every advertising account, analytics property, tracking number, page and piece of content is created in your name. If you leave, you leave with all of it.

Do you sell shared leads?

No. We never sell the same enquiry to more than one business, because that is what the lead platforms do and it is why their leads convert so badly. Every enquiry we generate belongs to you alone.

What do you need from me?

Access to your website and Google Business Profile, about an hour in the first week to answer questions about your jobs and margins, and a commitment to answer new enquiries quickly. That last one matters more than anything we do.
